Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before scheduled pickup are free of charge.

Late cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup are charged at 50% of the quoted fare.

No-show

If we arrive at pickup and the passenger cannot be reached or located within the included wait window, the trip is charged in full.

Driver-side cancellation

In the rare event we cancel due to vehicle breakdown or unforeseen circumstances, you receive a full refund of any amount paid plus reasonable assistance arranging an alternative.
